Product

FFORME is produced in Italy. We work with second and third generational families who are renowned for their quality and standards. Our production is often handmade and in limited quantities.

Care recommendations are listed on each individual product page. We have taken care to identify when washing is possible/recommended. For materials where dry clean is recommended, we suggest dry cleaning with hydrocarbon solutions, which avoids perchloroethylene chemicals. 

Fit and Sizing

FFORME is designed for ease. We offer alpha sizes to enhance our shapes. Using the international size conversion in our fit chart, you can see how our alpha range coordinates with numerical sizing globally. We provide measurements by style in the product pages on the website as a direct guide. We are happy to provide further assistance via phone or at concierge@fforme.com.

Orders

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us at concierge@fforme.com. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

With free ground shipping, you will receive your order in between 2 (East coast) and 5 (West coast) business days. Orders are shipped out the same day if received before 3pm ET. With express shipping, you can expect your order within 1-2 business days from order placement.

Shipping

Currently FFORME only ships within the U.S. Please contact us at concierge@fforme.com to inquire about international shipping.

We offer UPS Ground (3-5 day) shipping at no cost, UPS Express (2 days) shipping at a $25 cost, and UPS Overnight (next business day) shipping at a $40 cost.

We ship exclusively via UPS and all packages require signature upon delivery to protect your purchase.

If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us at conceirge@fforme.com. if your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Your shipping confirmation email will have a link to your UPS tracking number, as well as a tracking page where you can see real time updates on your order status.

We utilize sustainably sourced and recycled materials for our packaging. We offer an eco option for shipping your package which is fully recyclable and utilizes less materials to reduce waste.

Once your return has reached our distribution center, your refund will be initiated. please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
