Return Policy

Returned item must be postmarked by 14th day from receipt to be eligible for refund. Returned merchandise must be free from any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new (including, but not limited to, wear, damage, stain, odor, or alteration). The original tags must accompany the returned goods. 

 



Returns

To initiate the return for eligible items please visit our Returns Portal at returns.fforme.com and follow the directions to generate a return label.

We appreciate your patience while your refund is being processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification of the status of you refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. It can take between 5 and 7 business days for a refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank. If not approved, we will return the merchandise to you.


Please note that merchandise marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for returns or exchanges.



Exchanges

To exchange an item, please visit our Returns Portal at returns.fforme.com and follow the directions to initiate an exchange and generate a return label for the item you wish to return.
