Refund Policy

Returns / Exchanges


FFORME accepts exchanges, or returns for a refund, within 30 days of shipment of the order (date is noted on the invoice). Returned merchandise must be free from any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new (including, but not  limited to, wear, damage, stain, odor, or alteration). The original invoice, and tags must accompany the returned goods. The  security tag must be attached in original condition.



Returns

To initiate the return please use the pre-paid label, included in your shipment, to return the merchandise to us. If you no longer have the pre-printed label, please contact us at concierge@fforme.com and we will provide you with a new one.


We appreciate your patience while your refund is being processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), and the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. It can take between five and ten business days for a credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement. If not approved, we will return the merchandise to you.



Exchanges


To exchange an item, please contact us at concierge@fforme.com so that we may insure the item you want to exchange is in-stock and held for you.


We appreciate your patience while your exchange is being processed. Once your original order is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), and the approval or rejection of your exchange.


If your exchange is approved, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number once your new item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days for your new item to be shipped.
